About Me

My name is Earl Stoudemire, 26, and I'm a morning reporter at KENS 5 in San Antonio, Texas.

I've worked as an on-air journalist since June 2021. I started as a multimedia journalist at KFDA NewsChannel 10 in Amarillo, Texas. I then worked at KWKT FOX 44 News in Waco, Texas as a multimedia journalist, fill-in anchor, and producer.

Serving in multiple roles, I lead multiple newscasts with enterprise stories and breaking news.

I've done extensive weather coverage in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. I also cover crime, court cases, politics, community, education, special events, and feature stories.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish with a minor in Criminal Justice from The University of Southern Mississippi. My goal is host my own show focusing on travel, entertainment, and culture.

In my free time I enjoy traveling, podcasts, going out to eat, and music festivals.
